I'm looking for a EV picture thread and not finding one! There's tonti and loop threads but not specifically EV. I'll take any Cali pics you got so let's see what's in your stables! Here's my 98 "Stefania"

Tim I see you have " Ned's seat"! Looks good! Steve what seat is yours? Corbin?

The EV'L TWIN is now the 3V'L TWIN, but this is what it looked like through a few evolutions (see what I did there?) before adding the 3rd wheel. The B&W pics are actually color, but the dirt was so thick they turned out that way.

Dusty:
The weather on that trip to the UP was iffy at best. Some rain, some wind, but a good measure of clear and dry as well. Typical early fall conditions for that part of the country.

Mr fish I like that windscreen!
Thanks. It's a Plexifairing 2, I think. It came with the bike. I usually change it out for a smaller Givi in the summer, but it's been a rainy year here so I left it on. It really is brilliant. Lot's of coverage, little buffeting, and I can see over it.
They're up to a 3 now:

Not sure if we have a real problem or not , just mentioning this . Malwarebytes is blocking all of the suspect picture hosting sites , seems to be mostly Russian based sites . Those of you using new pic hosting sites might want to take a peek , just in case .

Didn't want to see this thread drift into obscurity. MotoGeezer gets the photo credit. It was taken on Alanp's WildGuzzi ride to Ouray last weekend. Time marches on I guess, this was the only EV in the whole group. Almost qualified as the oldest bike on the ride until Tesstarosa showed up on his '89 Mille. Definitely had the most mileage of the group at 96K but who's counting!

It was only for 2004 I believe. I went looking for the maroon colored EV and found this one, pretty cool.
When Sue Ellen and I rode out to the National Rally in South Dakota, we pulled up along side the owner of Caswell's of Mora, Minn while in traffic in St. Cloud. He threw up his hands laughing and said "I brought this Guzzi thinking it would be the only one of this color here" Little did he know that we would show up from Maine of all places. lol
Best,
Rob

Here's the only official photos I have of Miss Donna, my 2004 California Titanium.
She's my first Guzzi, and I love her to death. Her full name is Bella Donna, which is Italian for Beautiful Lady. However, it's very close to Belladonna, which is the Italian name for the plant known as Deadly Nightshade. The meanings of those words are not lost on me. She is beautiful, but may very well kill me. Such is life with an Italian Supermodel.

This is an old thread, but here is my new to me '04 EV. This picture was taken this past weekend. Replaced a bunch of aftermarket modifications with stock parts I was able to find in various places. I went with Ledrie bags instead of the Hepco Beckers, which I think looks nice. Haven't had a chance to ride it very much yet, but I'm liking it quite a bit so far. Hard to imagine a more comfortable touring bike !

My 2002 80th Anniversary EV1100 with sidecar added in '05 painted to match. 19,000 miles. Just 200 Anniversary models were made & 32 came to the US. They are numbered & came with Poltrona Frau leather bags, seat & grips. Mods include remote oil filter, hack of course, some fairing bits removed, and a few smaller things. I enjoy it and plan to have her for a long time.

Out on a trial run after an engine remove/replace in preparation for my "bucket list" cross the continent ride. Massachusets to Montreal to Vancouver BC, (Trans-Canada) to Washington and return via USA route. 7,500 miles with one oil change and no surprises. Boy was she dirty at the end of it all. What a great ride. I do like living in a tent (when it's not raining a lot).

Had a blue Cali for a while...but sold it after a short period, as the barn door had too much buffeting for my taste, and some friends wanted to buy. For the short time I had it I'd ride it w/o the fairing mostly. Very nice bike...quite agricultural in nature...but fun for cruising.

I acquired a 2002 Stone a few months ago. It has the one piece seat. I would like to switch it out for a solo or "front" seat only. The ones I am finding from similar model California's are showing they won't fit my Stone. I know there were some differences in ECU location which affected seat fitment, but can an EV seat be made to fit without major modification? Also it is very difficult to get the seat latched back after removal. Any adjustments or trick to make it fit better? I will post a picture of the bike later on tonight. Thanks!

Little update to this thread. I changed the title to include more models. Knowing what I know now it should have been cali 1100 thread. Sorry about that. Here’s my new one. I’m so happy to be back on a guzzi! :)

well since the circle has been widened...
I've had this bike 8 years I'm pretty happy with it. last 18 months: new Ikon front and rear, new u-joint carrier bearing. New plugs and wires. Every fluid/valve adjustment/lubed spline as you'd expect. Good for another 22 years...

Love the seat, I have a Corbin which I always thought looked to heavy.

I REALLY like that seat!! Who made it? Most taller cali seats look kinda just "built on" to my eye. That really almost looks like a flat standard bike seat. I like!
Here is my bike. 02 stone metal. 12k miles on it.

Thanks, but first, your Stone is beautiful. Arguably the most unique presentation of the Cali 1100.
It's a Rich Maund seat. Wish I knew the conversation that resulted in this design. Absolutely love the seat, and so does my girlfriend. Clean. Came with the bike all those years ago.

Here's the "one that got away". Bought it from the original owner-kept it for 3 or so years-LOVED IT-and sold it back to him when I moved last fall and had room for only one bike. The horror!.
Told him if he ever sells it again I MUST have it back.

So that’s the big valve lemans motor with a big bore kit on it? Must be a riot
I see some other hot rod parts lurking there, what the break down on the mods?
