Title: Harpers comes through again.

I recently installed an Outsider. However, I didn't torque one of the bolts tight enough and it vibrated loose and vanished. I called Harpers and told what had happened and they are sending me some extras as we speak.

I would have ditched these old two bangers years ago if it weren't for mike & Curtis.

You could have gotten a replacement at most hardware stores by just taking another 1 off and matching it's length.  :azn:
