Title: BMW and Triumph
Post by: Hymes Inc. on September 26, 2017, 07:48:54 PM
Was in Iowa city today and stopped by the BMW dealer. Nothing in there impressed me visually. First time seeing an RnineT in person, really let down. After the let down we went down the street to another dealer that had some Triumphs. Actually liked their Bobber. Looks better in person. Handle bars to far forward for me though.

Take a demo ride on a 1200 Bonnie, it will impress you.

I went to buy a V7III and bought the Bonnie T120 instead. Yea, more $, heavier, chain, but the torque is unreal. Already took a ride up to Lake Tahoe and the electric cruise control, gas milage and overall comfort was great!

Agreed.  Both new Bonnies work a treat.
