Looks interesting. No weight listed, 93 mile range, may need larger seat.

I rode a Zero S and thought it was a hoot.
A guy on another forum rode the Energica and said it will leave the Zero for dead.
Electric is coming.. but not here yet without the infrastructure.
At current levels of 6-8% a year increase in density, in 50 years it will equal gasoline. I'm betting it will be less than that.

cool, but $40,000 if you add Ohlins and spoked wheels.

I get all moist over the Energica bikes. Sadly they aren't available here......

$40k!? Holy schnit they're expensive.

Cutting edge tech always is. Remember the $5000 TV that you can now buy for $500?

I think I’ll stick with my 48v and 36v golf carts...

Witchy, what do you think?

Doug reckons they're insane! I reckon they'd be a huge barrel of fun. First electric bike I've seen that looks serious. Its the equivalent of a flat tank IC motorbike from the turn of the twentieth century! Imagine what they're going to be like in 30 years time if bikes haven't been legislated off the road!
