Hey I was just wondering. Bought the NTX new in July, haven't gotten anything in the mail from Piaggio/Guzzi such as a Welcome letter or thanks for buying etc. Or do they not do that like some other manufacturers do?

They do send a welcome letter, and a road service card. I don't know why they are so slow about it. Mine took several months also.
Contact your dealer and Piaggio.

Bought from a ultra high volume dealership out west that I'm wondering if they might not have registered my bike sale? I probably need to correspond with Piaggio as you recommend, and find out if they even have me on record.

Maybe you'll get it by Christmas...I would be more concerned about whether you are actually on their roadside assistance database (if that was included with your purchase). I needed help and called only to be told that "we don't know who you are". What a joke - the dealer had to send a truck...

Contact your local dealer you do business with, have them run the VIN, it's nice to have a warranty.
