Is this new or did they run out of names?

Define new? I feel like we heard about this more than half a year ago, but the oldest article I could find was from June.

The Stelvio arrived at my local dealership late August. I had a test drive in a Giulia Ti but didn't have time to take the Stelvio for a spin.

Lotta coin for what is essentially a station wagon. ( and not a very pretty one by Italian vehicle standards ).

My wife and I test drove one and I like it.
I told the sales person that I already had a Stelvio and she was clueless!

Totally agree with you.  I drove one and it was just OK. Looks like just about anyone’s SUV.

They did have a sleek wagon in the works but killed it to put another SUV in the market.  Boo Hoo

I don't see stats for cargo area but just eyeballing it looks about the same as an Audi Q5, which is pretty skimpy on cargo room.  A Subaru outback gets you much more bang for buck if you have to carry more than a weekend's luggage.  The Q5 is a great car but it's not a "station wagon" nor does it compete with one for hauling stuff around.

The first Alfa I saw (that wasn't a spider) was this red Brera in the picture. In Arizona of all places!

If the new Alfas were this pretty, I'd be scrambling and checking my finances to figure out how much Top Ramen I'd have to eat.
