Title: griso exhaust and oem luggage fit
Post by: harrytief on November 24, 2017, 02:33:26 PM
I'd like to replace the original exhaust on my new to me 2007 griso but keep the original oem guzzi bags. Which after market exhaust will fit without interfering with the bags? Any favs?

I bought and Arrow and it gave plenty of clearance for the stock luggage.
The sound was annoying but thats me, other seem to love them.

I have the Termignoni and find it just kisses the bottom of the OEM luggage. I put a heat resistant patch there, but don't know that it was really needed. Another rider reported that his Termignoni interfered with the stock luggage. Go figure.

Thanks Moto. I am looking at the termi. Do you run yours with/without a db killer and map?

I use the DB killer and the factory map. Seems good, maybe a little too much popping at times, but muffled well enough with the DB killer. The DB-killer-out volume is pleasingly deep and mellow, but was too loud after a while.

I have Hepco and Becker bags and an Agostini pipe. Lots of clearance between the two.
