So most here know that I've been involved in high school sports (rifle & wrestling) formerly as a coach and now as an official.  We started pre-season wrestling and this vid popped up.   :grin: :grin:

One of the other refs in this league does this on his back.  Put on a bleach solution and he can sterilize the mat.  :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Hey!...... :grin:  I use to teach the kids economy of motion.  No need to over do it with faking a move.  Wasted energy.  Kind of like watching boxers.  :tongue:
