Been shopping averts 650 for quite a while an finally found one on Cycle trader at st Pete power sports. Their ads had free delivery splashed all over them and I thought " surely they wouldn't deliver that way up here in the panhandle".
Turns out they are owned by ipowersports and the bike was actually in Chicago. Bike was priced right and they gave me $1500 more forb my F800GT than I'd been quoted before. Bike was delivered this morning and everything was as promised.
Normally I prefer to support the brick and mortar stores but this was the exact bike I was looking for and they were more than willing to take my trade. None of the other dealers were too interested in the trade-in which I'm sure has been the experience of most everyone else.
All in all a decent buying experience and I would recommend these guys. Comments from any one else that has dealt with them?

Was too sick to ride yesterday. Hope to get on it today.
I chose the versys cuz it's a relatively low-tech bike(like a Guzzi). Seems like whenever a manufacturer adds a feature, the lack of said feature in every other bike is a Huge negative in the mind of the motorcycle press. I found I never changed the electronic suspension setting on the F800GT. Abs is about the only electronic gizmo on the versys.
I was originally shopping the versys 1000 but since the 650 is almost the same size and riding position I opted for the lighter weight and simplicity.
