I got the email the other day and immediately forwarded it to some friends who'd asked about such a thing when I first mentioned your track days.
I'll talk it up when I see them next. :thumb:

Thanks for askin'. NYST has been a real ball for the last three years. But I'm not planning on a track day in 2018. After that, who knows. Reason is simple: marketing and execution are a lot of work for a one man show. If a group were to bring me 20 riders for the right Monday date I'd probably go for it. But selling 20 spots one at a time is tough. The track has less personal interaction as well, and that's what I really enjoy. NYST has treated me well and is a great track...I suggest checking out their programs.
This year I'm focusing on building my small group on-road style cornering confidence courses. Way more personal. They're like Sunday rides in the twisties. I'm currently pitching half day courses at these rallies: BMW MOA (Des Moines) and BMW RA (Wellsboro, PA). MSTA (Southeast Ohio) is confirmed in August...Marietta, Ohio is sick! Very technical riding. Very pretty countryside. I can't wait for this one.
The private lessons are full day for 1-4 riders. (8 rider 1/2 day package available too.) I'll travel a bit to get to people and fun roads, or teach them in the hills of Western NY near me. I'm pretty sure if I were to spend a full day riding with a few riders I could really hammer home the techniques.

Regardless, you guys have to see my awesome new Agostini slip on for the Griso!

Hi Jon,
Sorry to hear that, but.....
Let me see what I can come up with around here for 20 riders.
Who knows.
I love the Marietta area!!! You are right, very technical. Especially when the road goes left at the blind side of the crest of the road and the tele poles go right to throw you off.
One of the locals out there told us to be sure that you keep the front wheel on the ground going over any blind crests. Good advice.
The road engineers or surveyors that laid out those roads must have been thinking of Guzzi's!!
Thanks
Paul

Yep. I've been there too. Do NOT crest a hill too quickly!
