 What is a Fitch Barrier and why is it called that ? As always , no peeking .

John Fitch, race car driver and inventor, invented a safer road barrier.  I believe it is plastic barrels filled with water (or sand).

Oh, John Fitch was a hero of mine. I was pleased to get a photo of him in his Phoenix about 2 years before he passed.

It's that board the Amish put between people sleeping in a common bed.  Named after racer John Fitch for the obvious reason.  I'm not going to describe the event.   :shocked:
