Title: Attention Howard Rhinehart!
Post by: sidecarnutz on February 01, 2018, 05:01:41 PM
Hey Howard! Are we having a MD/DC camp out in April on  the MD eastern shore like we used to? I see nothing in the MGNOC Calendar. I was hoping there'd be one again in Bill Sharps memory.

Plans are still being formulated, stand by for details.  Should be up in time for the March newsletter.

Rich, just between you and me, I think means "Oh sh!t I forgot all about that; I think I still have time to get something going .... "

Or maybe I'm just projecting the way it would have been were I doing it.   It's February ALREADY!!!

Not worried about that. I've been going there for so many years for that camp out I'm worried my van or bike may make the trip without me. Just out of habit! I've been attending the Spring MD campouts for 20 years.

It was always just a camp out vice a rally. Just show up and pitch a tent and wrung what ya brung!

Tom and I have been comparing calendars since the January breakfast , and finally got it all figured out.

The Last Annual Bill Sharp Memorial Spring Campout will be 27-29 Apr (last weekend in April) at the Shad Landing area of Pocomoke River State Park in Snow Hill on Maryland's Eastern Shore.  We will be at our traditional area, in the Robin's Nest camping loop, sites in the upper 170's near the first cabin as you enter the loop.
