Weird one here. I usually view CNN through Firefox. A couple of days ago I started getting this when I try to go to the CNN site. No problem with any other site on Firefox and CNN works fine on Safari. Any thoughts?

from the Ff drop down menu.. Help>troubleshooting information> in the upper right hand corner click on refresh Firefaox.

Delete cookies and purge cache. I use Ccleaner to clean cookies every couple of days.
Go to the three bar tab(drop down menu) got to "options", choose "security & privacy", down to clear cookies, go further down to "cache" and clear.
I would also delte book mark and punch in manually.
Had this issue a while back and I believe this is what I did.

Firefox had some issues last week and they did an update to 58.2 I believe. Took care of my dilemma and it was their bug.

It is probably an invitation for you to admit some malware into your computer.
I don't trust any of that stuff. Especially if it does not give you an option to delete it.
Shut down your wifi and delete cookies. Boot back up and turn your wifi back on.
There should be a capital punishment for ANYONE who promotes these malwares.

Thanks for the suggestions. Emptied that cache, cleared cookies and all is well again.

Works for me.
I also regularly use malware bytes (free- Guzzi content). I don't know about the States but here over the last few months we have been bombarded with spam and phishing sites. Because they change their address each time we can't stop them. Pi**es me right off. In a perfect world there would be a program that detects people that put viruses and scams out there that would nuke their entire computer when it sensed something was about to be launched.
So far we have been able to be virus free and not get scammed.
