Title: Will a big full face helmet fit in a HB 40 liter side case?

I have 30 liter HB side cases on my Breva 1100. I'd like a side case large enough to fit my 2xl Shoei full face helmet. I was wondering if the HB 40 liter side cases (or 42 liter HB Journey side cases) would hold it. The helmet will just barely fit into the Krauser K4 side cases I put on my Shiver.

I'm not familiar with those cases, but the stock Hepco and Becker 40L ones on my Cali EV take my XL modular helmets easy.

Yes it will, I've put a Shoei full face in mine and it's a bit of a tight fit but with some light shoving it will fit in. It's just getting it past the lip on the pannier that is the problem.

 Yes, and like Wyno said. I put a towel on it so not to scratch the top of it. Then wrap a towel around it so it doesn’t scratch the face shield once it’s inside. Also use the space inside the helmet to store vest, gloves, or anything that fits in order to not waste space. 😎

My Schuberth full face helmet fits into the 40 liter HB Junior sidecase.
I take a little care when closing, but it's not difficult.
