Title: NGC -need a Ducati mechanic in SoCal- NGC
Post by: dee g on April 15, 2018, 10:00:12 PM
My son bought a 2016 xDiavel about a year ago.  He's put a whopping 900 miles on it since then. (work and two small children).  He's taken it back to the dealer twice (SoCal Motorcycles) for a rear brake issue.  Seems that the rear brake has a leak in it somewhere as it has failed twice.  What he's describing sounds like air in the system.  But, it still fails after couple months post 'fix'.

Since I'm 1600 miles away, I can't fix it for him, and since the dealer appears to be incapable of fixing it, I'm trying to find him a competent mechanic.   My son is pretty damned smart, but he really doesn't know his way around a tool box.  :-)

Any suggestions?

Thanks!!

Dee

Pro Italia in Glendale?
There's a wrench there named Josh who does good work.
They can pick up the bike depending on where it is.
