Title: Anyone looking for an 00’ 1100 Sport?
Post by: Kevin M on June 03, 2018, 10:47:44 PM
I went & looked at a 2000 1100 Sport with 3800 miles today. It still has the factory tires on it. It does not have a seat cowl but it does run great. If anyone has any interest pm me, it can be bought CHEAP. It isn’t mine & I get nothing from the sale, just passing it along. It’s in central IL.

I think you'll find thats a V11 sport, 1100 sports ceased production around 1998.

It seems like it could be a good bike for someone. :)

At this point in time, even being a good deal, I just don't think I can swing it.

I'm going to put a pause on my bike search until next year.

For someone here that is interested, you should message Kevin M for the contact details.

Being a low-low mileage early Sport means it will have a lot to potentially sort, but should be a great like new (mechanically) bike once sorted!

On the V11 LeMans site there is everything you'll need to know. My gut reaction for this one?

1. New Tires (obviously)
2. New Intake Hose/Rubber
3. Roper Plate
4. Transmission Brace / Plate (unless already there!)
5. All fluids changed
6. Check electrical, 30 amp fuse connection, glue at ignition coil mount
