I know that there have been quite a few posts on here about how to get the younger folks more involved in our favorite past time. Well, I had the chance yesterday to do my part. After having breakfast at Denny's, I got to talking to four young folks, who had also just got done eating. One of them commented for me to be safe on my motorcycle. Further chit chat, "how long have you been riding" , etc... lead to one of the girls asking for a ride. It was 6 am on a Sunday so I felt safe just taking her around the building a couple of times (hardly any cars in the lot). After finishing, she commented that she needed to get her self a motorcycle. Even if she doesn't follow through, I know that I made someones day.

Yup... part of the job (at least how I see it) is being an ambassador for motorcycles and riders.
I encourage people to ride, to take the MSF course, or, if nothing else, to at least watch out for motorcycles.
Good on you, and yes, I'm sure you made her day.
