Title: 2011 Stelvio oil leak
Post by: chipdude on July 07, 2018, 01:04:13 PM
I noticed a drop or two of oil on pipe of Stelvio.
Looking closer found where oil had blown or dripped
On front and side of left hand cylinder. Small slow leak as I can’t tell that oil level is any lower in crankcase. 22,000 Miles hasn’t been rollerized yet. Could this be the 2 I rings on the plug tubes or should I dig deeper. Any suggestions on how to procede

Cam sensor, oil pressure  sender are in front of LH cyl. I also fixed oil cooler leaks.

On the 8V the oil pressure sensor is at the bottom of the valley almost central. Most likely guess would be a cracked breather pipe but the only way to know for sure is to roll up yer sleeves and chase it down.
