Ok so its not really a motorcycle, just powered by a motorcycle and it does have stabilizer wheels.

It looks like part of an amusement park ride that broke free from its main frame.

I believe Jim Bede was behind the Pulse and like a lot of his ideas, the idea was better than the execution.

The roughly similar Swiss Ecomobile was a technically successful vehicle and pretty fast. They sold more than you'd think given the supercar price.

The MonoTracer is a development of the original Ecomobile, same Swiss company behind both. The first one was built in 1985 with a BMW K100 driveline.
