I have tried shoe goo and E6000 to glue the rubber trim pieces back on the dash trim piece where it meets the tank. Neither has worked. Any suggestions?

Go to your local chain auto parts store and buy automotive trim adhesive...

Pliobond 20 is the ticket. A little hard to find at most stores but the internet is your friend. Don't settle for the 25 or gen. purpose stuff. Hope this helps.

I also vote for the 3M weather strip adhesive. I usually buy the small tubes of black which tends to be a better color match for most things. Mike
