Held at Pipestem Resort State Park https://wvstateparks.com/park/pipestem-resort-state-park/ with breakfast(s) at Kirk's in nearby Hinton. Friday night dinner will be at the Bluestone Dining Room in McKeever Lodge and Saturday at Brandon's Restaurant nearby. There is camping at Pipestem and rooms at the lodge(s) as well as the inexpensive rooms at the Sandman Motel in Hinton. No rally fee.

I've been trying to get the block of rooms for two weeks.
Mountain Creek Lodge is accessible only by the aerial tramway. Camping is always available.

The rates are as follows:
Standard rooms $119.00 per night/ per room/ plus tax
GV Standard rooms $129.00 per night/ per room/ plus tax
One Room Suites $139.00 per night/ per room/ plus tax
King Business Suites $159.00 per night/ per room/ plus tax
Executive Suites $199.00 per night/ per room/ plus tax
Mountain Creek Lodge $109.00 per night/ per room/ plus tax
You will receive a 10% discount on each room on this official group block. The official group block will release on August 24, 2018. There is a 2 night minimum visit on weekends.
