Hi,
Anyone point me in the direction to a fuse/relay diagram?
Thanks

Heres mine
The fuse at the battery positive is something I added
I never did figure out where the Blue/Blk at fuse 3 went to

Note Patrick points out in the next post the first two relays are swapped around.
98 must have been a banner year for the EV, every man and his dog seem to have one.

Thank you both!

Careful. The published wiring plans for the 98EV are often in error. Seems to depend on the date of your bikes assembly. On both of our 98EVs, the frame wiring matches the published plans but the engine wiring matches the earlier 1100i. When diagnosing, be prepared to view both diagrams. Meanwhile, I carry the following in the battery tray on both bikes.
---------------
1998 V11EV WIRING CIRCUIT PLAN
VIEWED FROM THE RIGHT SIDE
REAR TOWARD FRONT
RELAY #1 Starter
RELAY #2 Horn
RELAY #3 Side Stand Safety
RELAY #4 Headlight
FUSE #1 Fuel Petcock
FUSE #2 Turn Signal Flasher – Parking Light – Instrument lights
FUSE #3 Brake Light (foot) – Horn – Starter Solenoid
FUSE #4 Brake Light (hand) – Headlights – Charging – Tachometer – Idiot Lights
RELAY #5 Fuel Injectors – Computer – Relay #6
FUSE #5 Fuel Pump Relay – Fuel Injectors - Computer
FUSE #6 Fuel Pump - Coils
RELAY #6 Fuel Pump – Coils

While we're at it, what is the part number for the relay that replace the oem.
I clean up the connector for the fuses, and added spares to my tool bag. For a couple bucks it would be good to have a spare relay.
Thank you
Don
