Title: More Fairing Troubles
Post by: jdgretz on September 02, 2018, 02:42:32 AM
Well, had some stuff in the garage fall onto the Norge and did a bit more damage to the left mid fairing - the big one with the oil plug in it.  Now I looks like I am going to need to replace it. Damn, those things are expensive.  Haven't seen a good one on eBay (except the unpainted one).  This one can probably be repaired with a bunch of fiber glass and some time.

*sigh*  This is not what I had planned on doing with my spare time.

That sucks!

You could take a bunch of before, during and after pics for a "How to Repair a Fairing" post to help others in a similar situation.

Get the unpainted and have it matched, easy these days.
