WOW!!! A very nice example!! :thumb:

Good looking bikes for their time. Definitely not something I would buy for those prices though because I am not a collector.

2012 bmw x5 xdrive35i 0 60 (https://statewideinventory.org/bmw-0-60-times)
Wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole!
Poor Wayne

She is a beauty, but it always irritates me to see pics of only one side of the bike. You are selling it, show the whole bike, not 4 pics from nearly the same angle!
-
Both bikes are in great shape! You don't see examples like this for sale very often.
If you were in the market, which one would you pick?

Best to have one of each <shrug>

The CX100 and 1000S are my two favorite Guzzi's. The stock CX100 seat is fugly though. They look so much better with the Stucchi seat. I'd love to have one some day but I fear they'll be out of my price range by the time I get around to pulling the trigger.

I'd have to choose the Le Mans III if choosing between those two, but, I'd love to have both to park next to my Le Mans I.

I'd have to agree with this. The MK III is just a little more finished. Something about those round fins though. OK, how can one really choose? One of each please.
Guzzistajohn, you're a lucky bastard!

Thanks! what a compliment?? I couldn't pick a favorite, I will say, it's hard to beat the 850 coming out of a curve WFO in 4th :thumb:

IMHO, the 850 tonti lemans series bikes are among the most engaging motorcycles to ride solo of all times. I can't ever imagine parting with my LMIII.
-
I like both too......but one pick only?, I'd go for the 850
-
They are both great bikes. The CX100 is a more comfortable bike but needs 36-mm carbs to feel as sprightly as the LM III. My choice would be the CX100, I think, but not at the price asked. The CX is clean, nice, low mileage, but for that price it needs to be I show room condition.
