Title: Free Sidis (Guzzi content)
Post by: Chuck in Indiana on October 15, 2018, 12:59:45 PM
To a good home. Size 44 Sidi On Roads. Still in very good shape, waterproof. I've had to go to something else with a bigger toe box because of developing hammer toes.  Pay shipping and they're yours.

These are worth grabbing.  I bought two pair (size 46)--just to keep a second pair in Europe.  They are full leather and are waterproof (all-day tested).  Sidi replaced this boot with something that looks the same but instead has uppers made from "Micro Fiber", not leather.  Likely the new stuff is cheaper, and it's probably just as waterproof, but it's just not the same...

When the soles come loose, they will eventually, buy a big tube of Shoe Goo and use it plus 'tape tooling' to stick them back on overnight...  They'll then be better than new.

(I have two pairs on On Roads and like them a lot)

Yeah, I've don't that to mine, but they are not so good anymore in the rain. I purchased a pair of Sidi Adventure boots and I will be close to the grave before those get broken in.
