Anybody here with wide feet found any good riding boots? I wear a 13 EEEE shoe and I haven't had any luck with motorcycle boots. I was wearing some waterproof Rocky Wellington boots but they finally fell apart. I'd like something with a bit more impact protection.

Yep. Forma Adventure. They have a regular and short version. The regular was too tall for my stubbie legs, and interfered with ankle movement on the brake and shifter. They have plenty of protection. Supposedly waterproof, but that's yet to be determined..

The only boot that I have been able to wear from off the shelf is an Alpinestar boot size 50, they fit well for my 13 EEEE. I am tempted by the Gasolina custom boot.

Thinking out of the box, look at military boots. They can be got in all sizes, water proof, cool light weight hot weather, insulated cold weather and they are constructed to withstand trauma. They are usually priced around 130-160 bucks. Good luck

I hear you, I have 5E transport pods myself which makes finding shoes, any shoes, a challenge. You might want to see if there is a Red Wing Shoe retailer in your area. They cater to trades and have both extended sizes and range of heavy duty boots. These are the one's I've put the most miles on, great boots:

Try Red Wing boots. They have them in size 15 wide for me and are waterproof. Example: feet were dry after the National in Money Creek and W. Virginia.

I too deal with wide feet 11eeee, tried the tourmaster "wide" boots ,junk imho.id like to hear from " Gasolina" boot owners before pulling the trigger on those. Currently wearing Sidi canyon gore Tex,tollerable but not comfy.

I don't have wide feet but my problem is very high instep. Very difficult to find good fitting pair of boots, in most cases if I'm able to put my feet in, boots feel like at lease one size too big. I have over 7 pairs of riding boots and the best two are Gasolina Autobahn Boots https://gasolinaboots.com/index.php/gasolina_autobahn_boots/ and Dainese Street Rocker D-WP https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/dainese-street-rocker-d-wp-shoes. Both pairs are very good fit but Gasolina pair is exceptional, once on they fit like gloves.

I have a second pair of Gasolina boots that I can't wear. If I could even guess at the size they made I'd offer them for cheap. As in real cheap. This after many fone conversations, emails, pictures, of my feet in profile and foot prints on paper. An actual profilometer!
They acknowledged the 1st pair were bad because they used the wrong conversion; metric /US. I had given them both, marked in bold type.
They gave up. W/out saying so. No decent response. 9EEEE Steep instep. Full length zippers R3~

+1 on Red Wings. Recently I gave then a treatment of bear grease and rode up to an AMCA National Run 3 hours in a serious rain. My 10EEE feet were dry and comfy.

CruiserWorks come in wide. Mine have been great. Now they say made in USA, used to be Mexico I think. Mine were made in Canada. I assume the quality is as good as when I bought mine.

I also need a boot that's as wide as possible. Often times the company's widest model is still too narrow.
I bought a set of Alpinestar "Ridge Waterproof" boots from here (https://pingpongacademy.org/best-table-tennis-shoes/).
I would 100% recommend the boot, except I don't know how a person would ever determine what size they needed. I took a chance because he said, "They are size 9.5, but they are huge....I think they will fit...."
The alipinestars are sized as an American size 9.5 and euro 40, and the fit is perfect. There's no way I would have ever mail-ordered a size 9.5.

Thought I was a lone member of the big foot club. :grin: The only boots I can use for trials is the Gaerne. They come in size 14 and are wide. Most others stop at 13. :(
I got a great deal on Forma road boots. Size 14, but they are just not quite wide enough. Going to get the Gaerne road boots as I like the way they fit my big azz feet.

I ended up getting a couple pairs of Tourmaster boots. I got the Solution Air and the Solution WP(waterproof). They have been fairly comfortable.

Yep. Forma Adventure. Like Chuck said :laugh: I've had mine 6 or 7 years now- still waterproof. I know this because last weekend I crossed a low water bridge in mine to see how slick it was. :kiss:

Your feet wouldn't have been dry if you had to wade through the waist high water in the Money Creek Campground office/restaurant/store unless you went through doing a hand stand. :laugh:

Daytona boots come in 13W (47W).

I’m going on 2nd year with a pair of Gasolina Boots . Happy feet ! I’ve even got room for heavier socks . They don’t pretend to be water proof , so if it looks like rain I put plastic grocery store bags over my wool socks . As far as maintenance, I give them a heavy coat of “sno-seal” in the winter & wipe them off when dirty of muddy . I’m quite happy so far .

My size 9.5 4E (44 European) fit well into Oxtar Goretex touring boots.
Of course the Oxtar label went away.
I think they are now sold as TCX brand (same lasts).
Last pair I bought was BMW at a MC flea market.
I'd swear they were rebranded Oxtar (TCX).
Every piece looks identical.
They all were very warerproof!

I've got wide feet, best fitting work boots I ever wore, were a fluke 10 G width, never seen that size before or since.
I usually have to buy footwear a little too long to get the width to fit.
I've got a pair of TCX Sport Touring boots, that are definitely more on the sport side of the equation, they fit tight when I got them, but the vendor was knowledgeable and assured me they would break in nicely. He was right they did.
The problem I have with them, isn't fitting my feet;there have been times my lower calves were too big to do them up.
