I haven’t been able to post any messages or meet and greets for the Tennessee/Georgia area riders because I still can’t get on this webpage using my home isp. Every other site I can go to but this one. I’m on it now by using my cellular signal on my phone. Anyways I’m on Facebook for any of you that use that under Bob Olson (Cleveland Tn) and I also run a small group on Facebook called Georgia Tennessee Moto Guzzi Enthusiasts if any of you are interested in contacting me or coming to any future meet and greets. I can’t figure out why I can’t get on this website using my isp at home (AT&T is the isp). Thanks and ride safe

What antivirus do you use?
-
Do you have a firewall that blocks certain websites in your modem?
-
I’m using Comodo antivirus and I don’t think I have a firewall blocking wildguzzi but I’m no computer expert! Lol
-
Never heard of comodo. Try disabling it and then trying.
-
Could try another browser.
-
I’ve disabled the antivirus and used other browsers. Still can’t get on to wild guzzi on my isp.

I'm using att with no issues.
Do you have a router? You can bypass a router and connect directly to the cable/dsl modem. If that doesn't work then you need to call your ISP tech support.
-
Try renewing your IP address.
-
Hook your computer up to someone else's network and see if it resolves. Also have a friend come over with their laptop and see if it loads WG. This will help to isolate where the problem is.

I have one URL that won't load no matter which browser I use. The interweb comes from from my DSL modem to a 4 port router. Somewhere I read that I need to reset the router. Not unplug it but hold in the reset button for 10 or 15 seconds. Or I log into the router through a browser and reset it that way. That works until the next day when I have to reset again. I have no idea why this happens but at least I have a work around. I only need that website about once a week.

Do you receive an error message?
-
Not being a computer expert I would try putting in a different router and see what happens.

So the same computer works through the cell phone, but does not work through the home isp?
That would likely mean that the home isp has a goofed up DNS lookup. I would go into the router and change the DNS to 8.8.8.8 (which is Google).
I had the same thing happen to me long ago and I just changed the ATT DNS to the Google DNS. Not sure ATT ever did get their domain lookup fixed.

The secondary dns for Google is 8.8.4.4 if that helps.
