Post by: canuck750 on November 15, 2018, 08:07:39 PM
Now this would make one heck of a Giro bike!

1954 Parilla high cam 175

Very cool.

One of the coolest things about a Parilla, compared to other period Italian singles.  a complete Parilla 175/250 high cam engine weighs approx the same, maybe less than a Ducati bevel single bottom end assembly alone....    The first time you pick one up, you'll think it's just an empty display mock-up.

WOW that is impressive!

Its on my bucket list to take a small bike to the Salt Flats and run it for a record attempt.

A friend of mine got a record on his early 50's BSA twin this year, George is in his early 70's and fulfilled a dream of his this fall.

A friend here is looking to sell his 1964 Ducati Monza Jr. 160cc or trade it for a 305 Dream...
