I've had experience with Scrambler Cycle and I trust Kevin with any work he cares to take on. His schedule might be full, most excellent shops sometimes are. http://www.scramblercycle.com/

"First gear bushing" - sure it's not the 4th gear bushing? That's the most commonly worn or fractured, 1st rarely is in my experience. I had Joe Kenny run off a batch of the 4th gear bushings, they are available from MG Cycle:

#46 in this illustration is 1st gear, #55 is 4th. #47 and #56 are their bushings.

MG Cycle is presently out of stock on the needle/roller bearing:

Harper's may have it: http://www.harpermoto.com/03-roller-bearing-17x35x15.html
