I have been following the coming of the SWM Superdual to the US. I also found out AF1 is a dealer for them and will have one in some time in January. I have verbally commited to buying one from Ed so I plan on selling my 2008 Norge and my 2014 V7S. Both will go very reasonable.
I plan to take better pictures this weekend and put an ad in the classified. Both will have a handful of extras with them.

That is one sharp looking SWM. I have craved the 440 models since displayed at EICMA last year, but was told the 440 won't be imported to the states. Oh well.

Well, I like the V85 as well but the Superdual seems more off road capable.

Hum. So the engine is based on the Husqvarna 630? Made in Italy? Saw the weight was 372 lbs dry? Around $9K?
Hope it is ok to go into SWM details/questions here ...
I like the 5 gal tank, 6 speed, ~8" suspension travel, bags included in the $9k?
I guess other options are the ancient DR650 and XR650L and try to make them better ... suspension improvements, larger tank, add racks/bags, power, etc
Or KTM 690/Husky 701 and then lower the suspension a bit, more comfortable seat, add racks/bags, better fuel range
On the SWM, any way to modify the fuel injection mapping (if needed)? I see it is a Mukuni D45 system, what other bike has that? Just thinking ... what if it is Euro 4 (or Euro 5) lean and needs some tweaking? Hopefully there is a way to make some mods.
Anyway, neat looking bike!

JB, how many miles on the Norge now. I might consider buying it back from you. Shoot me a PM with details and price.

About 32k on the clock.
Will sell it for for less than I paid and with a few new items like the Mistral muffler, Heli risers, Stelvio hand guards, brand new Road Pilot IIIs on it. Original bags plus HB bags/brackets. Extra seat.

Well, I just got off the phone with Ed at AF1 and put a deposit down so a Superdual X will be mine in a month or two. After talking with him, I feel very confident in any tuning needs I may desire in the future.
That means my 2014 V7 and 2008 Norge are now up for sale.
I plan to toss them on the classifieds maybe this weekend with photos, mileage, all the stuff that goes with them.
I'm not giving up Guzzis! I will still have my loopframe, 75T with a 02 Stone 1100 motor, my raTi and enough stuff to build one more older tonti.

I just got a commitment on the V7 so it won't be for sale. Only the Norge.

Wow very cool. Apparently a lot easier to sell than the B750!

I sold low!
The Norge will go rather low as well. I don't like messing around.

I ended up with your old B750 and it is a great bike. I bought it from the gentleman you sold it to. It was nicely sorted. Contrary to his forum name ratguzzi takes excellent care of his bikes.
The only things I have done to it are install a somewhat larger windscreen on it and cut the air box out piece by piece.
The only thing left to do is figure out why the low fuel light does not work. It lights on the dash when I first turn it on but not when I run out of gas. That has happened twice.

So funny! I had a Breva before that one and the trans took a dump. That's why I bought the one you have. I stripped down the old one to scrap it and even after full disassembly, I couldn't get that damn airbox out of the frame!

Free to a good home if anyone wants it! Just a little epoxy is all that is needed.
I was not going to split the frame to remove it.

So, you riding that Norge to Daytona?

Didn't need the Norge. Bought the cute little V7. Believe it is a Stone.
Not going to be at Daytona this year. Kinda bummin'

The Norge will be in the classifieds as soon as I have time for fresh photos of it and all the extra stuff that goes with it. Stock luggage, HB luggage, Mistral Muffler, stock exhaust, pretty trunk, brand new Michelin Road pilots, fresh brake pads, spare seat, those fancy bar risers, Stelvio hand guards, extra windscreen, etc. It will for sure be under $4500. I think around 30K on it.
