Sometimes a man just has had all he wants of something for a while, and needs to take a break ...

I was communicating with David just before Christmas I think. I don't think there seemed to be anything *Bad* happening. He's probably just busy.

I talked to him the other day. The weather is making his bones act up. While he was here I seen his hands so clenched he couldn't hardly use them, but he still struggled to work.

Ok, He is a good guy, I enjoy his projects and views...
-
I used to enjoy his photos. He posted some of the northern lights that were incredible. He saved my arse at a rally with his wrenching skills one time too. One of the best crumudgeons I know
-
And those stories of his!
I bet he could make it as an author of fiction.

I got this picture in my mind, Rodekyl is reading this, and laughing his butt off

Funny how some come and go on and off this forum and generate threads like this. Wonder how Arizona Wayne is doing? Another grouchy old fart that dropped off the radar

Arizona Wayne (I know his real name) had medical issues. Someday I need to tell the trick I pulled on him that almost gave him a heart attack.

Yea, Kirby1923 (Mike) has been in contact with him. I miss the crusty old dude chiming in every time someone even makes a vague reference to a C, an X or a CX100

He has a Convert that he would consider selling. Garage full of projects.

He stayed with us for a bit. When traveling to the Auburn Cord Duesenberg museum one day, he kept me enthralled with Alaska wildlife stories. I told him then that he had an *least* one book in him..

Yeah David, we need an update. I know someone suffering from overexposure to fluorescent lights, but has been vicariously three-wheelin' it.
