I bragged plenty when the weather was nice. Last night; not so nice. It was 28 degrees when I woke up this morning.

At least it stopped raining...

Considering the wx we've had this year, 28 would feel like shirt sleeve weather..

There is a massive high pressure system building in the North Pacific.  Looks like more winter to come.

Wake up to this. Fresh snow, six degrees actual with wind gusting over 30 mph.

Stats say it's actually a pretty average winter for Kansas historically.
Two big differences: 1. We are getting older. 2. We have gotten used to the warmer than usual winters of the last five to seven years.

Still, I am getting out as often as possible to fight cabin fever.
