1400 with a new sidecar-- tow from Seattle to Sacramento?

Looking for a enclosed tow from DMC side cars in Buckley WA (Seattle ) to Sacramento CA in sometime in early June?
2015 Moto Guzzi with a Tomahawk sidecar freshly installed .. thought I'd take a chance before I hire a trucker ....maybe someone is coming south with an empty enclosed trailer ?

Make sure the swingarm bearings are greased properly prior to fitting the chair. The side loadings will kill them in no time if they are dry, and most of them are.

not yet Jay  still has to paint the side car .. he has  the frame mounted ..--- (and  yes it is expensive ..  but a quality install and cool side car just north of 10 large .. we are not here for a long time we are here for GOOD GUZZI Time!

 I hate all that I-5 traffic  in Seattle and Portland - - and it rains a lot ....  and plus I am kinda old  & cheap --....if I haul it out of the DMC shop I avoid the Washington state sales tax ..

and I need my dog to help me  in the turns..

and if anyone needs a Hog with  "baby buggy"  side car ...   my Harley Road King is s going up for sale soon      might consider vintage Guzzi part trade??

That's a very nice looking chair. What, if anything, are you doing about the steering geometry! The Cali 14 is such a huge, slow steering, long trail monster of a thing I'd think it will be a pig to drive if the forks aren't fixed. They'll twist up like limp spaghetti if you run stock trail. You might make it bearable with silly toe-in but it'll cost in fuel and tyres and will still feel like wrestling a polar bear unless things are 'Perfect'.

Believe me, I'm no chair expert, that's why I'm paying someone who knows what they are doing for assistance with setting up mine! He's a bit further away than your bloke. Mine's in Townsville in Queensland. Three days away! My maiden voyage will be from there to Bungendore. Although I've got some history with sidecars my last 'Ownership' was nearly 40 years ago! No, I've suggested Jude NOT hop in the chair for the ride home! :D

Lovely! I would need a full scale picture of an Evinrude, or similar, mounted on 1/2" foam board and hung like a rudder. Be sure it can tip up, out of the water.
