I must admit JJ, it looks a bit of a nightmare with all those pipes. however. on the Vin, not only are the valve clearances easy to get at but the carbs are easy to get at being on separate manifolds and are basically sitting in the breeze.Those external oil pipes certainly make things look busy though.
Well, looks like the Indian 1200 ftr is a 100 pound heavier, 30 hp less, and less expensive? alternative Ducati 1200 Monster..
Not quite a 1200, will an 1100 do? Bought used last fall with 3K miles. Mucho cheaper (Guzzi content).Larry
