EV fairing question
«
on:

Has anyone here fitted a "buffalo" fairing from an Eldo to an EV. I dont have one to test fit so looking for any info before I buy one. I plan on making my own mounts. Curious as to how it interfaces with the EV headlight.

I believe you would have to modify the headlight opening in the buffalo fairing, as I am pretty sure the EV headlight is of a slightly larger diameter, and it has to poke through the fairing opening. I would be interesting to see how a buffalo fairing would look on a later model cali.

That is the part I'm unsure of Rick. The turn signals would need relocated, not a big deal but the headlight I interface could be problematic.

You can always replace the headlight with an aftermarket one of the correct diameter. How about the "touring" fairing made for the EV? I have 2 Guzzis running those, and like them alot.

That could be an option, I'm interested in the other as I had one on my Eldo, worked well and I think would look good on the ev.
