Aprilia Futura Hard Bags
«
on:
May 17, 2019, 08:01:57 AM »
Can anyone confirm that Aprilia Futura hard bags will fit Norge/Breva mounts? Thought I read somewhere they use the same upper brackets and mount where the bags attach and lock to the frame.
Looking for a set of bags for my recently acquired Breva Sport I purchased from Tennmoto. Most all advertised on Flea Bay have had the locks destroyed or are scarred from crash damage.
TIA
Jerry

Memory fails me as usual, but a guy and I tried it in bike week back in the day, and they fit. I'm *pretty sure* it was a Futura.

Yes, I believe they are same bags as Breva 11's had as an accessory. Kind of a triangle shape, curved on the back. You can get the lock hdwr from a dealer, it connects to backside of rear footpegs mount. They are in parts book if you look.
They are not waterproof and usually don't close and fit well.

Found a set of the upper brackets that fasten up by the seat, and the lower rear seperator bracket which fastens to the lower inside of the rear fender. Should be delivered any day.
Several sets of bags on Flea Bay but without locks. The price of the lock kits cost almost as much as a set of used bags!
Guzzi Steve-These are for Tennmotos bike. Did a fly and ride a couple weeks ago. Awesome bike and such a nice guy to deal with
