He is selling it so cheap, because he has other bikes to ride that are not "Fussy Bitches"!

Are the pipes supposed to be that color?  Is that a "way too lean" situation?

Hum, 15 hour drive away from me.  Too far.

Any low-priced bike could be a scam, but this sounds like it's for real.   I've felt that way myself sometimes .....

Re the color of the pipes.  I think (don't know for certain) that these pipes are stainless single wall, and prone to bluing.
They're not burnt too far down.  I'd say, as an unqualified rider, that this is normal bluing.

2TB's went that colour real quick.  I think my pipes are actually chrome as they have developed a cracking on the surface as well as a patina.

edit: to me that would be an ideal fly and ride machine.  Good price too.

The pipes are Italian chrome & double walled. And yes, they all go that colour, before, with a lot more use, they get a lot worse - with corrosion they'll go brown & dirty. The check engine light? Could be a failing oil pressure sensor, as mine was, but could just as easily be something else. If it stays cheap, definitely worth grabbing.

I don’t mind a little back story,  or maybe a bit too much personal information in an ad, but that is just a weird rant.  Can’t even test ride it?  It’s not like $2500 is free....

I am not familiar with the dash on a V7 classic... but isn't there a chance it's just the wrench icon for service due?

And yeah, $2500 is no killer deal on one of these... its a fair price, just a little below average... I think these mostly sell in the $2,800-3k range???
