Congrats!  I'm very intrigued with the 85.  It seems to be a very nice platform that can indeed  be a do it all bike. Haven't had a chance to test one yet but am very much looking forward to it.  Please share your impressions as you move forward. ( no pun intended)  :thumb:

Took my second demo ride this morning and was convinced. The bike fit me to a (t)—— it is smoother then my 650 vstrom (my third vstrom) and I can’t believe how much better the suspension is compared to the stornello—as soon as I put a couple of million miles on it l will post again🍺🍀

A lot of people don't realize (or maybe are in denial) how well the V85TT bike is able to do so many things well. Guzzi's latest offering in this segment really impressed me on the test ride. Excellent slow speed/parking lot manners, did well around town and was nice and stable at highway speeds. It seemed like a good bike to do it all and I'm sure you will enjoy it as an only bike.

If I had to get down to one bike, it would definitely be in the running. I'm hoping these bikes live up to their potential and Guzzi realizes a success with them. The concept seems to be spot on.

And I think the yellow/red/white looks really good and the red/white a close second. But I'm still immature enough to dig the flashy looks.
The best part of riding a motorcycle is to tilt the horizon and to lift the front coming out of a corner and to drift the back end powering thru loose dirt and to catch a little air topping a hill and... yeah it's all good!

Hi all,                                                                                                                                                                                8-18-19

I have been on a quest for factory heated grips for my '17 Cali 1400.  I've had it for about 18 months and no factory grips yet.  I know that there are aftermarket grips that will work, but I want ones from MG.  Anyway, I heard that MG was considering making them for the V85 and they will for my bike.  A couple of days ago I was at Team Charlotte and spoke with Tee.  He said that it was his understanding that they may be available sometime in October (fingers crossed).  The reason I mention this is that if your new V85 doesn't have heated grips and you want them, you may talk to your dealer about them.

Be well,
DougG
