Dunno about the pancakes, but I might try one with vegemite..
What has got me wondering is why I never stopped to look more closely at a Quota. They look like quite a proposition..!

Great bike - it continues to grow on me. No stupid electronic dash or excessive software to cause issues. Still gruff enough to feel like a Guzzi, but plenty of real-world performance and capability. It's about as modern as I want to go.

I'm not suble enough to notice. If it's running and not making nasty noises it's all good.
