Saw this on Facebook and thought it might be of interest here.
The caption reads:
WW2 - Ukraine1941. Column of Bersaglieri Italian motorcyclists in Russia, probably in the suburb of Stalino, today Donetsk. All Moto Guzzi GT 17 , on the first at left there is a Breda Mod. 30. (my colorization)

They were good bikes well liked, example of good Italian equipment. Too good in fact, never enough of them.

There's a cafe in the suburbs of Hobart that's full of interesting motorbikes. This Moto Guzzi apparently belonged to the cafe owner's father and that's a picture of him sitting on it during the war.
