project possibilities
« on: February 13, 2020, 12:49:35 PM »
I found this posted on the Bay Area Riders Forum - A motorcycle salvage yard in Eugene, Oregon is shutting down, and has some old Guzzi stuff someone might find interesting. I have no connection to this place (but I did work at a moto recycler for a few years).

The Craigslist ad copy:

"After 16 years of providing quality used motorcycle parts to you cheap bastards, it's time to move on.
Cyclepsycho Motorcycle Recycling needs to sell it off and ride on down the road.
We are offering our entire inventory for sale. Buy it all or buy it one piece at a time. Either way, we are selling it.
Perfect for eBay sellers as we are stacking it deep and pricing it cheap.
Tuesday and Wednesday from 10-5, Thursday and Friday from 10-2:30. Bring your truck and bring cash.
We have appreciated your business over the years but we are not getting any younger and all this heavy lifting shit is getting kind of old. Some fixtures and equipment will also be for sale.
30055 Kelso Street, Eugene, Oregon (off Prairie Road).

Five Loops and most of a CX100. Many hours of entertainment to be had there! Wrong coast for me...
