lemans 1 float height and accelerator pump volume help needed

putting my carbs back together and noticed my floats were set at 23mm,  its been apart for a while but I thought float height on these carbs were supposed to be 18mm. maybe I used the wrong measurement last time I fiddled with them. it is supposed to be 18 right?  also I need to reset the accelerator pump, is it 5 or 8 ml per 20 pumps
