Eldo 1400 handlebar swap
« on: March 07, 2020, 12:16:33 PM »
I never really liked the “bullhorn” type of handlebars on my Eldo 1400. Thinking of putting the Cali 1400 Custom bars on.  Would that be just a direct swap?  Any aftermarket options?

I do not know if they fit but the Eldo bars give me a pain in my right wrist that almost freezes up my hand. Does not happen on the left probably because the left does not have to clasp the grips as solidly as the right on the throttle. One thing that really annoys me with manufacturers of handlebars is that they give you the rise and the pullback butt not the degrees of radius from 0deg as it mounts to the riser. You could have one handlebar that has the same rise and pullback as another one but the radius could be completely different. I don't know if my hastily drawn diagram explains what I mean.

“Bump” on the original question if the Custom bars are a direct swap for the original Eldo bars.........
