Hello friends,
Thought you might get a kick out of this. For the second year in a row, I rode my 2016 V7II Stornello in the NYC DGR. For those of you unfamiliar with it, the DGR (
https://www.gentlemansride.com/) is a global charity ride to raise awareness and funds for men’s prostate cancer and men’s health, and the NYC DGR is the biggest ride of all the cities in the world. And as you can see, folks get dressed up in their Sunday “dappererst” for the event. My middle daughter rode pillion with me this year.

She’s a real Guzzi Girl.

We rode with my best friend and college roommate, who was on the Triumph Bonnie.

Greetings from the top of the Manhattan Bridge, looking south towards FiDi and the Brooklyn Bridge.

Not exactly ATGATT, but we make an exception for this particular event.

Finally, a hero shot I purchased (for a donation) from one of the official event photographers. Notice the other Guzzi Guy next to me, rocking a kilt.

A superb event, and very likely there’s a DGR ride near you
https://www.gentlemansride.com/ (they’re in cities and towns the world over).
Already looking forward to 2024…if you’ve ever thought about doing it, do it!
