Does anyone know if on the 2014 Norge if the tappets were done at the factory. I saw where it said in 2012 they were changing but unsure on 2014. And if not would a dealer cover the cost or would that be on me? I am looking around again at them . Thanks

Should be factory. Doesn't hurt to look if you haven't. Numbers they give are a gray line, I've change them at the dealer all through 13 for all the 8V's.

That is the latest, can't make them forever. Just like the hydro kits are not made anymore. It cost more each batch they get made.
They are not supported by warranty anymore either last I talked to Tech Rep here.

Anyone who needs a kit has waited too long, don’t buy a flat tappet engine now unless it’s low k’s and you have a kit on the shelf.

What warranty? Had my 2011 rollered by Harpers in 2013. They submitted pictures to Guzzi but Guzzi wouldn't cover a red cent. I had to pay full boat. Sucks.

Thanks, owner said they were done, I am going to ask for the vin and check with a dealer, I would think they would know. Thanks
