How The Hell ???

       So, now I got your attention here's the ??????   How the hell do I get into Guzzidiag???? I spent 7big ones for a lap top so I can use FREE hardware,ordered a cable from London to hook it up,took two months to get here(- 19) + I'll be damed if I can get into Guzzidiag !!! If it matters I am left handed,I tend to let my tongue hang out on the left side just as a matter of fact ---nothing --- kicking the tires seems to do little in regard to Guzzidiag.The powers that be must be out to lunch cause their not much help either!! I get the red part on my screen,where I punch in # for (rpm   co% temp + so on) I'm out of luck. I need tutoring so I can be connected.    Thank you!!!

Lol, try and relax buddy, someone will chime in shortly and walk you through it. My better half downloaded it for me as I’m computer illiterate. Just hang tight until one of the pros jump in, if not tonight tomorrow 👍

Presumably you're not getting the port connected, this can be the tricky first step part.  You can initially try to connect to a different USB port, but the port connection is the critical first step in order for you to eventually be able to select your bike. 

Is that the part you are stuck at?

Well, when you are fubar, what else is there to say?

GD is easy..... (on a windows machine)
1. Download GD
2. Locate EXE to a GD folder (I have one for each bike)
3. Connect cable. Power, bike, USB
4. Launch GD
5. Set preferences, select the right platform (motorcycle model) AND COM port.  Usually will select right one, but if it doesnt connect, try whatever options you are given.
6. Select connect... WALLAH

And NFN, but keeping your tongue in your mouth is a good start.

It has to be able to "see" the ecu. I *never* use the kill switch to shut off the bike, but a friend that brought his bike over does.  I felt like an idiot.  Well, if the shoe fits..
Oh, and any other interlock too.
