Guzzidiag & Air temp

Good morning all,
On my V7 III I noticed with Guzzidiag that when I leave the ignition on for several minutes, cold engine stopped (during a map transfer),
the air sensor drifts and ends up indicating 15 °C more than reality.
I think it's due to the electronics getting hot, but then when starting, and ride the 15 °C more are still there.
What does your air probe measurement give?
