Wow what a difference a proper seat makes! The seat on my Quota was cut down severely for a previous owner to put them closer to the ground. I don’t have that problem and tbh the seat is the main item I didn’t care for on the tall Quota. I just felt weird. I was able to purchase Hauto’s used gel seat that he had for his Quota. What a difference! Compared to the old seat it’s night and day. It always surprises me how much of a difference proper ergonomics makes, and sometimes how small a change is required to get that proper fit.

The proper saddle does make a difference. I was wondering about my Cal Vin purchase after I got it. The skunk seat was killing me! Then a buddy here on the forum sold me a Ned's saddle, It's like a different bike! All day comfort!

Anyone can ride my SP1000 to compare seats.  They'll find that theirs isn't that bad.  😳😳😳  I still have the oem seat.

I have a stock LeMans saddle that like sitting on a knotty pine 2x8 if anyone would like to experience some real torture

I heard that Guido's cousin, Guiseppe got the job of designing the seats.  He's W/C bound and para also good with a computer.

Ideally it boils down to each ass needs it's own seat to be truly comfortable unless you are one of the few that get matched up right out of the gate as I did with my Norge 8V seat.

Feel free to ship the LeMans east.  I usually ride short distances so I can relieve you of the burden without too much sacrifice.  What the heck - I’ll take the SP too if Tom insists.

    You misread the post you can ride it, if you want.  YOU have to where the bike is.  Good try.  I don't ship the bike to where people are so that they benefit from my footing bill.
