I do not know what the other Guzzi is but it sure looks cool.

Looks like the V7 is part of the endurance racing series. Looks great. The other bike looks like a custom CARC build. I'd love that GC Corse exhaust on my Griso..........

I'm waiting for someone here to bite the bullet and turn their GRiSO into one of these, you could be the first victim/customer
