I'd bet there is no "manual" way to adjust the idle speed. Saw the yellow paint on a screw, but that was to sync the throttle bodies, Yes?

You must NEVER try and adjust the idle manually. That would really mess things up. The idle speed is set in the map (and is adjustable..., In the map)
